So i beat the game...
Now what do i do? Start over with a new class, switch games, farm for obsidian armor? I'd like to hear from ppl who stayed loyal to guild wars and hear what they've been doing.

Well, you can start a new class or buy another campaign. It's up to you.
You could even give PvP a go. |

I like starting new classes, myself. Something different. If you were a melee artist (warrior, dervish, even ranger), then do something totally different--monk, or mesmer, or necro.
Play with esoteric builds. Work towards cartographer title. Become a monk and heal everyone. Do UW and FoW. Keep playing the game and help out your guildies and alliance mates. Stand in a major town and engage in silly conversations. Give advice. Take advice. Find good mods and sell them. Find good mods and give them away to people. and so on, and so on, ad infinitum, ad nauseaum. |

PvP sounds good until you try it. I keep dying (no really?) and ppl laugh at me when i use mending because of my vampiric weapon.

Rofl.....
In all seriousness though, the only reason to be WaMo in PvP is for useful skills like mending touch. Vampiric weapons are meant to be swung, negating their negative effect by life-stealing off your target. You don't need mending. You need a weapon swap.

If you keep dying in PvP, experiment with other builds. I have runs where I simply can't win, then runs (using the same build) which end in a gladiator point. PvP took up most of my spare time once Factions was over and Nightfall was pending.
Or you could try Fissure of Woe or Underworld, if you haven't already... |

- Have you finished all the quests available, Master Difficulty inclusive? If not then I don't consider the game complete. - Alot of people theorize that the elite mission will require a certain rank of Lightbringer. If you would like to do the elite mission when it arrives, is your rank high enough? - Do you have all the Elite Skills for your primary profession? Secondaries? - Have you explored 100% of Tyria/Cantha/Elona? If not then I don't consider the game complete. I think there's plenty to do. You just have to go do it. Defeating Lich/Shiro/Abaddon does not equate completing the game IMO. EDIT: (not sure which game you've completed) Last edited by roblethal; Nov 26, 2006 at 09:39 PM // 21:39.. |
